No. Unused points reset at the end of the month.

How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from account settings. You keep access until the end of the current month.
Which currency am I billed in?
USD for everyone. Customers with a Japanese billing address also pay 10% Japanese consumption tax, added automatically at checkout.
