Charges other than the price

Japanese consumption tax where applicable; any internet connection, communication, currency-conversion or bank charges incurred by the customer.

Accepted means of payment

Major credit and debit cards, processed by a third-party payment provider that complies with PCI DSS.

Timing of payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the time of purchase and on each subsequent renewal date. Additional point bundles are charged at the time of purchase.

Timing of provision

Immediately after the payment is completed. Monthly points are granted at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

A subscription may be cancelled at any time from the account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the Service remains usable until the end of the period already paid for.

Returns and refunds

As the Service is a digital service made available immediately, fees already paid and points already granted are not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the Service was not made available for reasons attributable to the Company. There is no cooling-off period for mail-order sales under Japanese law.

A current version of a major web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and a stable internet connection.
