What you can search
Every record comes with its official source URL, so the original can always be checked.
Medicines
Approved human and veterinary medicines from regulators in Japan, the US, Europe, Asia and Oceania. Search by product name, generic name or active ingredient — in any language.
Medicine details
Indications, dosage, contraindications, precautions, interactions, adverse reactions and withdrawal periods, quoted as written on each product's own label.
Adverse event counts
Aggregated counts of spontaneous adverse-event reports to the US regulator, by active ingredient, for humans and animals. No individual case reports are provided.
Scientific literature
Bibliographic records and abstract excerpts of medical and veterinary papers, with a link to each paper.
Results are reference information for use with confirmation by medical and veterinary professionals. They are not a diagnosis or a basis for prescribing. Label text is returned in its original language and can also be translated into the languages you add; adverse-event counts show reports received, not causation or frequency.

How the three work together
One account, only the products you need
Create one account and add only the products you use. You can add another product later.
Separate keys and balances for each product
Each product has its own API keys and its own balance, so usage in one never affects another.
Plans that fit each product
Insights and Medical DB have monthly plans with a set number of calls included, plus add-on packs. The Platform API uses prepaid packs. Payment is by card.
