Noise is stripped out, so you read only high-reliability public material. Primary sources in the country's own language are surfaced first.
Searches built in the local official and administrative language
Choose a country and a sector, and the search is composed in that country's official language and script. The sector term is converted too (road becomes ถนน / ทางหลวง in Thai), so the query matches documents in the wording local authorities actually use. You can narrow to a city or district, and specify a theme by voice input.
Around sixty infrastructure categories to choose from

Tender status, deadlines and eligibility change constantly, so before actually bidding you must confirm the current terms with the contracting authority's own announcement and procurement portal.
Coverage and currency of the information
Sources are limited to public information from governments and international development agencies, so anything held privately elsewhere cannot be retrieved. Phase classification is an organisation of what the document states; it does not guarantee a project's final progress.
Confidentiality through non-retention
