An information platform for researching primary sources from 126 countries in the language you already use (109 languages supported). It searches in each country's own language, including for material that normally stays buried deep in ordinary web results, and gives you a list of the original sources with links. It is used across research, medicine, investment, procurement and many other business and professional fields.

There are three ways to try Factdock.

The search engine handles analysis and translation in 109 languages. The public service site itself is available in 38 languages.

Factdock is used on a credits basis. Credits are granted at the start of each billing period according to your monthly plan and are consumed as you use each feature. Please note that credits left unused by the day before your next renewal date do not carry over to the next billing period.

You can purchase additional credits (top-up), or consider upgrading to a higher plan with a larger monthly credit grant. The higher the plan, the better the price per credit.

No. Unused credits, including any additional credits you bought, expire on the day before your plan's renewal date.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from account settings; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

Cancel any time from account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

USD for everyone. Any tax that applies where you live is added automatically at checkout, based on your billing address.

Yes. The Business plan is for people who research heavily every day, and the Enterprise plan is for organizations with large-scale needs. Please feel free to contact us for details or to discuss adoption.

No. The text, documents and data you enter are never used to train or improve AI. The AI providers we use for translation and similar processing are also contractually barred from using it for training.

Factdock is designed for business use: the text you enter and the files you upload are not used to train AI and are not stored. When searching public information, only search keywords are sent to an external search API — your original text and the documents themselves are never passed to it — so you can use Factdock with confidence for internal work and tasks involving confidential information. The only exceptions are items you save yourself and the conditions of your latest search (not its results). Only you can see them, and the latest search conditions are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Yes. You can connect Factdock's search to AI assistants that support MCP, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Paste the connection URL and sign in, then say “look it up on Factdock” in your conversation — primary sources come back with citations. It uses the credits in your plan.

Yes. You can use it straight from your browser. And if you use your device's “Add to Home Screen”, it opens comfortably in one tap, just like a dedicated app. (No installation from the App Store or similar is needed.)
